The Shoe That Grows.

Kids grow. Shoes are expensive. People around the world are tight on resources.

To solve this practical problem, Kenton Lee developed The Shoe That Grows, one shoe that can grow up to five sizes and last five years.

Read more about the shoe and the solution on TheShoeThatGrows.org.

I consider this a #fringe item because it is focused on a solution, the creation of a long lasting scalable sized shoe for people in the developing world, and not on creating a shoe to be sold in the consumer market in the US or other parts of the developed world.

I'm looking forward to seeing what is next for Because International -- including their Better Bednet
