I promised to make my health habits quantified, integrative and regular so I figured it was time for an update. The program kicked off August 6.
I am creating the most boring photo set of all time. Only my Flickr contacts can see the photo set because it is filled with bad pictures of my friends and pictures of things like mailboxes, yard flags and garages.
I am logging most everything I eat, but I don't have enough data to make any conclusions. I've exercised 12 out of 18 days and my run/walk speed is improving. I've also selected a 5k for November and have used going on a walk as an excuse to hang out with four friends. Friend me on Runkeeper. I've also gotten a massage (to keep it integrative).
Everything is still on track. Up next? More goal setting, refinement, integrating genetics and continuing what I am doing.
